Week 6: Meeting Summary and Activities

Reviewed the final navigation versions, walking through the expanded, collapsed, and long-hover overlay states to confirm behaviour and visual consistency across each.
Presented the first iterations of the Obligations pages; further discussion surfaced the need for dedicated obligation comparison pages, mirroring the comparison capability already planned for licenses.
Discussed surfacing editing options directly on the Obligation List pages to reduce the number of clicks and keep common actions within reach, streamlining the overall journey.
Reviewed how the removal of the standalone Operations page affects existing flows, and confirmed where its actions should now live within the Licenses and Obligations pages.

Finalized the new navigation and all of its submenus, removing the separate Operations page and relocating its actions to the relevant Licenses and Obligations pages.
Completed the first iterations of the Obligation List, Obligation Detail, Obligation Edit, and Add New Obligation pages, and removed the icon that redirected users to a separate page, since it hid available actions and caused confusion by not presenting all functions upfront.
Updated the existing User pages and Dashboard page to adopt the new navigation, keeping the experience consistent across the product.
Added breadcrumbs to relevant inner pages so users can clearly see where they are within their journey and move between levels more comfortably.
Ensured the upfront editing options on the Obligation List were reflected in the updated layouts, reducing clicks for frequent tasks.
